Very convenient for visiting pier 39 and fisherman’s wharf, easy check in, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Rooms comfortable and decent size. Breakfast free, but gets crowded mid morning.

Very nice property. Convenient, clean and comfortable. Although the parking was a bit expensive (typical for hotels in this part of San Francisco) it was very convenient and easy to use. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

If visiting San Francisco I highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect. You are only one block from fisherman’s wharf and the ferry boat terminals. The breakfast was also wonderful. The hotel rooms are also beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Not having to worry about driving and parking made this hotel top notch.

Excellent area to get to all the tourist sites. Very clean. Buffet is awesome, just as pictured on the website. Only wish they would have coffee somewhere that you could have during the day and that you could take coffee with you from the buffet in the morning. Beds were comfortable as well. Would stay here again.

This property is in a prime location for shopping, coffee, eating and entertainment. The room was a nice size with a large bathroom and ample closet space. We even got to check in early. Would absolutely stay here again!

Half of the lights didn't work in room. Dead batteries in TV remote. Carpet coming up/torn in one area of room. AC unit smelled musty. Pillows felt like something cheap bought from department store. Overall just really shabby room for a really high price ~700/night, cost even more closer to stay date.

This property is in a great location! Short walk to Pier 39, the cable cars, streetcar stop right up the street. It was perfect for our 3 day vacation in San Francisco. The staff checking-in, at breakfast, and the bar were all fantastic and incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is top notch and really helped start our day off. The room was nice. Would stay here again and will recommend to anyone.
