We had an excellent stay. Proximity to Fisherman’s Wharf is what got us there but the rooms were great, free breakfast was a perk and proximity to public transportation was a win. Only change would be to have better cable channels or access to streaming networks (for those who have an account). That said, we only spent late nights and early mornings in the room so it was not a big miss.

Great location. Double queen room is really nice especially if you only have 2 people it might be cramped for more. It was clean. The breakfast is great but very busy. Take the stairs in the morning if you can. They move the people in very quickly and efficiently. Great fruit! The outdoor fireplaces are really nice. The pool is nice, not big, but the weather did not cooperate. Staff was lovely!

Overall a good location and solid place to stay in the fishermen’s wharf area. Has a pool, paid parking underneath the hotel, great included breakfast. Walkable to pier 39, Ghirardelli, etc. The bathroom in the room was so ridiculously small that I used the hotel lobby bathrooms instead.

Overall our stay was very enjoyable the breakfast was amazing the only downside was our room was overlooking a road with a tram that ran alongside and the delivery bay was right outside so at times was a bit noisy.
