We had to change room as the shower drain of the first room was not working. Also there were stains in the bedsheets.2nd room was also not that clean ; there were stains in the bed and we got the bedsheet replaced. Rooms are very small. Staff is also not that friendly. Breakfast is good.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was really nice and had great amenities, and was in walking distance to pier 39 as well as a heap of other shops and areas. The only thing I will say is that the soundproofing could be improved - we could hear a lot of traffic from our room as if a window was open so it was quite noisy. Overall we loved our stay and would book again

Stayed at this hotel twice this summer before heading out on a cruise. Only 2 blocks from Fisherman's Wharf. The hotel has a complimentary breakfast, nice bar and a little store where you can buy food, snacks and drinks. There's also a 7eleven and CVS a half block away. My husband enjoyed the outdoor fire pit where he could enjoy a cigar. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was excellent with so much within walking distance. The buffet itself is worth the stay above your normal hotel breakfast. Downside, the bathroom is REALLY tight. They need to provide a mirror in the bedroom area for someone to use because the bathroom is so tight. You are given 1 water when you check in and then no water is provided until the bar opens at 4:00. They need to have a water service in the lobby all day.

The location of this property is superb. Walkable to the full Fisherman's Wharf area. Parking was great, but they werent kidding when they advertised low clearance. We appreciated the 12noon regular check out time, along with parking being good until 4pm on day of check out. The room was well-appointed. Very comfortable bed. Nice to have microwave and refrigerator. Only negative was that there were no clothing hooks or towel racks on the room at all.

Great, clean hotel. Rooms are well kept and updated. Outside fireplaces are great spot to relax. If you have the option of free breakfast, it is phenomenal! A huge array of options and a great way to start the day! Location is great if you want to stay at the Wharf, it is one block from Pier 39. Parking is available on the street at a cheaper rate.

Rooms were ok. Bathroom was awful. Small and the toilet didn’t flush properly. Breakfast was of. A little better than a Holiday Inn express. Could use an omlet station instead of just scrambled eggs. They charge a “resort fee”. They are not a resort and it’s a fee that you are not even aware of until you check in. For that you get use of the pool, gym and a bottle of water. Basically, the pool etc should be included, so it’s a $50 bottle of water. I hope you enjoy it. Best part of the hotel was the convenience and the bar tended. Great guy. I will not be staying there again.
