Upon entering the room, I noticed that the bed did not have a sheet. Despite calling the front desk to request either a bed sheet or a room change, no action was taken to resolve the issue. This lack of attention to basic amenities greatly impacted my comfort during the stay.
Furthermore, the next morning, when I attempted to use the iron to press my shirt, I discovered that it was not functioning properly. This added inconvenience only compounded my dissatisfaction with the overall experience.

This is a fantastic hotel with a fabulous staff. The bar has excellent drinks, and the restaurant has scrumptious food. The rooms are comfortable, and the beds are luxurious. This was my second time staying here, and I will definitely stay again if I get to go back.

I had an appointment at Stanford Medical Center in the morning. This is a nice hotel easy on and off the 101 close to the medical facility.

The staff at the bar and reception desk are very unfriendly. They double charged me for my room and I had to ask for refund twice. I found hair on the robe in the room which made me wonder if they wash them. Everything is super over priced. I am never coming back here.

The main floor was nice as it sits along the water and the restaurant was good. The rooms need to be upgraded and the walls are very thin so you could hear next door which made it hard to sleep at times.

We stay here often. At least every 8 weeks. Overall a good experience. The staff are good, except for one cranky woman at the front desk. She seems unhappy in her job and unwilling to offer customer service. We asked to borrow a pair of scissors to cut tags off of our baggage that was in our room. She said we would have to bring our bags down to the front desk from our room! We ended up getting a steak knife from the very nice guy at the restaurant to take up to our room and cut the tags. A very simple thing, but made difficult by an employ who doesn’t get it!

We had to move rooms in the middle of the night because of noise and someone that kept trying to open the middle adjoining door. Service at the restaurant downstairs was good. Overall, the front desk staff is very inaccurate and may mess up your reservation (Sending you to a double bed instead of a king), or put you in a bad room. Overall the hotel is not a 4 star hotel. It's not even close to a star IMO.
