The property has no respect about us. Letting somebody or something banging the ceiling and thumping at 1am. We can’t sleep, so horrible. Called the front desk, said they will investigate but did not get back to us. We just waited for an hour before the bothersome wrecking sound fade out. This is disappointing. I got mad when I checked out.

The 2nd floor room we were placed in was facing the street. Every morning beginning at ~5am trash and recycling trucks we’re picking up dumpsters. This occurred numerous times throughout the hours of 5-7am. Additionally, there was a family above us with children running back and forth late into the night. Overall, this specific room location was horrible.

Our room had horrible grey prison cell wallpaper, We asked for clean towels on day three. Our room was not cleaned at all during our 4. night stay. The beds were good and comfortable. thankfully ASK ABOUT WALLPAPER BEFORE BOOKING

Great location. Only 10 minutes walk to the Alcatraz ferry and there’s a Trader Joes 2- minutes away if you need snacks. Hotel is clean, comfortable and modern

This was a great stay! All staff were extremely kind, the front desk is amazing. I was worried after booking and reading the reviews but it was the absolute opposite of the reviews. I would definitely stay again. I left my coat at the property and they are mailing it back to me they were also so very helpful in finding it.

Absolutely Amazing Stay!
We visit San Francisco once a year, and I can truly say this has been the best hotel stay so far! Friendly staff, entertainment, amazing room, close to Fisherman's Wharf, and other restaurants. We will definitely be staying here during our next visit.

The snacks in the afternoon and available board games were a nice touch. The area wasn't as safe as I expected and its clear the hotel had been redone to look newer but that staff couldn't have been more helpful. It was tough having one elevator out of order with lots of foot traffic going through.
