Pleasant stay

The room and bed were comfortable, suitable for a one night stay in a quiet neighborhood. Only complaint are the thin walls but overall quiet throughout the night.

Know before you go (I stayed in a single) Pros: this is in a very convenient and nice neighborhood with lots of walkable stores, restaurants and bars. I appreciate that lights and security cameras were kept on all night in the external part of the property probably to discourage crime or break-ins. VERY convenient parking and staff was kind and friendly. Probably the nicest motel I’ve ever stayed in. Linens were clean and I felt OK about the bed. Cons: The property is still definitely a motel. I didn’t keep the A/C on because it had a horrible smell when turned on. Mold growing on the underside of the front door, and I opted to keep my water shoes on in the shower. TLDR: good for a short stay, VERY convenient location, friendly staff, but still a motel with so-so amenities/cleanliness.

Location great. Motel in poor condition.

Location was great because I needed to be by the courthouse. The mold growing above the shower head was hard to miss. Definitely an older hotel that really just needed to be redone.

Good location and free parking

This hotel was in a good place to take the bus to other areas of San Francisco. The parking is first come first serve which I didn't know PRIOR to booking. But I recommend parking and leaving your car there. Great safe location. The walls are a little thin and you can hear the water running from a neighboring unit. You can also hear footsteps from the unit above... so if you're a light sleeper this may disturb you. The front desk staff are nice and helpful.

The property was very convenient to the SF opera, ballet and symphony, had a lot of great food options nearby. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. However, the property itself is very outdated, there was no ice machine, no hear dryer in the unit. Staff was great, helped me find a parking spot. By the way parking is very tricky since parking units are tight car ports and I was very worried to stretch a car. Overall, would stay again for convenience reasons.

I traveled here for as a solo traveler and stayed for 3nights. Overall, it was a good experience the check in and out process was easy and quick. This is a well-lit property located in a quiet, safe area of town. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was exactly as pictured. It was clean, neat and everything was in working order. The only thing I did not like about it was that the mattress was too firm and hard. Also, the TV came on, but had to be set up. I never could get it to play the local news. I like that this property has free parking. That is a major benefit. I would definitely stay here again.
