Awesome room! Very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious and had a large walk in shower. Has mini fridge, but no microwave. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Daily housekeeping. Loved the view of the bay, it wasn't a full on view though. Great location, few city blocks from pier 1 area. You could walk it if spry, otherwise an Uber will get you to the pier 39 area for about 12-15 dollars. Safe area. We did not feel unsafe at all or nervous. And the trolley is right outside!!! Recommend Ziggy's Burgers for awesome burgers and they are across the street from the hotel. However, check in was hard to find, not well marked. The walk to the room was so long! The floors are really super long, so those with a walking disability make sure they give you a room closer to the elevator. You cannot get a luggage cart, you have to have luggage service. So frustrating not to have a cart available. We had to schlep all our things down the LONG hall. DO NOT get the breakfast buffet! It was awful and was 36.00 a person. Very shameful for a Hyatt to put out this poor quality of food. I am still upset about that. I've had really good free Breakfast at numerous hotels, this was worse than a bad free breakfast. No pool or hot tub Overall, I recommend this hotel as the room itself was very nice!

I DID NOT GET THE ROOM I BOOKED. IT WAS A CLUB ROOM WHEN I HAD BOOKED A DIFFERENT ROOM. RECEPTIONIST KEPT ON TRYING TO UP SELL ME A SUITE FOR MORE MONEY....

Room service did not come. I also called for room service to come and clean the room. I stayed there for two nights. I waited one hour for the belt to come help me with my luggage nobody came so I have to take my own luggage down. Valet is just insane will not be coming back
