One of the few hotel options in SF with nearby convenient parking. The atrium is beautiful and has some convenient food and drink options (not cheap, but convenient). The room was very well furnished and the bed was extremely comfortable. I didn't deal with the staff much but they were nice and helpful.

From the moment we entered the hotel it was great. When i went to the front desk to see if our rom was ready. They informed me that i wouldnt be ready till 3 but got a text that our room was ready and this was at 1pm. The vallet was super friendly and fast with bringing our car. The house keeping was very friendly and we made friends with one of them. The rooms were clean and very spacious and nice. Check out was really fast and convenient. Will be coming.back

I had a room with bay views and it was not disclosed ahead of time by the hotel or Expedia that there are party boats on the weekend at the pier across, and they play very loud music at night. I called the hotel front desk staff and they said the loud music goes on until 11:00 pm on Saturday nights and there is nothing they can do about it. It was hard to relax and fall asleep. I would not stay there again. I am disappointed.
