The hotel is a little tired but still excellent facilities. A tip: ask for a room close to the elevator, otherwise it can be a long walk

Great property. Next time please advise or give option, if a room is so far from elevator. I have a Vascular condition and after a long long day of traveling, walking so far from elevator was exhausting.

I was surprised that the bottled water was reserved at no cost for certain customers and were warm, not refrigerated.

We loved the hotel overall! Koodos to Gloria who checked us in!! She was super friendly and made us feel welcome!! Also, to Hector (Hispanic guy) at the bar!! Very friendly, served our drinks quickly! The rooms were nice and clean! It was super quiet at night!

Pretty far from everything, not walkable food and drinks very expensive.
