Very unique property. No issues with our room, clean and up to date. Front desk was very helpful with storing our luggage until our flight left. Super convenient location to all the attractions. Only complaint was it sounded like there was construction happening in some rooms and was noisy very early in the morning.

Some of the hotel room areas (fridge area) were not clean. Front desk staff were somewhat friendly. I didn't like having to pay a resort fee. The "resort" benefits were the games room and backyard fire pits but that's it. Nothing spectacular.

Nice place, walking distance to fishermen wharf, Ferris wheel. Lots of things to do in the hotel & on the wharf. The hotel has a lot of rooms & parking, but be sure you know were your room is, before you start hauling luggage around.

Great location to see sf. Right in the ward with easy walk to the trolly which will take you to union square to shop and the big bus tours around the corner is a cheaper option to see the city. You can also walk to Alcatraz ferry station from the hotel as well as the popular pier 39. Lots of good eats to walk to. Great sea food and the sour dough bread and clam chowder at boudin bakery lived up to its hype.

I got in at around 1am because of a delay with a flight expecting no issues with the room, but after settling in we realized the sink wouldn't drain and we had to get a different room. On top of that we get charged 30 dollars as an "amenity fee" even though the rooms were simply expensive accessories modeled into cheap walls. The blinds were broken which was useful since we faced the busy street. Overall, the only worthwhile part of the hotel is the proximity to the wharf but we weren't there for that so it was pretty bad for us. Parking in the area is also difficult because there is street cleaning on the street from 2am to 6am,which we did hear from the room so confirm it does happen. The hotel fee for nightly parking is 60 dollars so plan for that when booking.

LOVE this place. Rooms are super cute with comfortable beds. At checkin they give you water and a ticket for smores. And there is sooo much to do just at the hotel. The location is Literally right across from all the main piers, food and shopping near fishermans wharf. HIGHLY recommended

The drain in the tub was so clogged with miscellaneous hair and sludge that was pooling in the bottom when we ran the water. We showered in 4 inches of other people’s grossness!! It made us question when the shower was last truly cleaned. We did report it and it was addressed immediately. The bigger issue was the mouse or mice in the room. We only saw 1 on one night…..it was reported and either caught or lucky not to see any for the rest of our stay. We were on the 4th floor so I can’t imagine it is the only one in the place. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location couldn’t be better.
