The front desk staff was great and extremely helpful. Room was mediocre. Went to the rooftop restaurant and had a terrible experience. It was empty and the food was terrible. Service was non existent as well.

Nice place, but you will be disturbed
The hotel, room, and front desk staff were nice. They let us have a late check out at 1 PM on the day we left. The biggest issue is that literally every day, housekeeping knocked on our door multiple times when we were sleeping, including the day with the late checkout. There is no physical do not disturb sign, but there was a button next to the door to indicate that; somehow it did not prevent people from knocking on our door.

Great location. Rooms were very clean. Staff was efficient and nice. Rooftop bar was great. Valet parking is expensive but there’s a parking structure directly across the street that’s secure and much for affordable. I’d stay here again!

Great Place to Stay!
Our stay here was awesome!!! I chose this hotel based on reviews and its proximity to the Chase Center. I was not disappointed! Our room was very spacious and clean compared to other hotels. The hotel staff do a tremendous job of making sure all of our needs were met. Beds were extremely comfortable with lots of pillows. I also loved the holiday decor throughout the hotel. Will definitely like to stay here again! My only complaint was how I was billed for the room because it was simply confusing to me.
