We loved the hotel - it looks great, it is very clean, the staff is fantastic.
The room is cozy and pleasure to stay in; the bed is very comfortable; everything is very clean.
Enough storage; there is a safe and a fridge; the view from our 17 floor room was amazing

We are here for one night, great costumer service. Very close to Union Square. Very nice lobby area.

The room smelled bed and the hotel was in a rough area. It was advertised as being a 10 minute bus ride from Venice, but it was closer to an hour on the train. Location and cleanliness were not as stated online.

It was located in a very unsafe location. The room and bathroom were super small almost not to standard. I don’t understand why I was charged for resort fee the place is so small nothing like a resort and I booked the place since it was cheaper than other options but it is actually is not since they charge an additional resort fee at the place. The staff were very nice and friendly though.

Everything was average. Best parts of the hotel were the bed and the views. Unfortunately the hotel is situated in an extremely dirty and unsafe neighborhood. Many better options in SF. Wish I could be nicer.

Great place to stay for the night. SF has some overall safety issues so not a hotel specific problem. And once inside, its like being transported in time.
