Our check in was awesome with Michael and the rest of the staff were GREAT! I can’t rave enough of the staff. Our room was upgraded (nice)/able to chk early) however, there were broken glass and took the broken pieces to front desk. They were great about it and gave us a comp drinks at their bar. On our last Saturday i caught one of the broken glass in my toe and cleaned it up and didn’t say anything, but was encouraged to let the FD mgr know, reluctantly I did and Royce took VERY GOOD CARE OF US! I would definitely go back there again.

Adult swim hours for the pool don't work with kids. Both the morning hours and the evening hours were right when my kiddo wanted to swim - and we stayed at Nikko for the pool.

The service was fantastic all the way around, from the front desk, the Anzu Restaurant, lounge, concierge/bell staff and housekeeping staff. The breakfast quality and service was also fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and clean.

We are making this hotel our regular place to stay when we come to the city. Clean, comfortable, great amenities, wonderful staff and the Japanese breakfast buffet is always a hit.

Great experience. Staff were super nice and efficient. Only one minor complaint is that I did not like the fragrance of those amenities in the bathroom, which is not a deal breaker.
