This is my second time using this hotel. The room was perfect. Very clean & comfortable. Hotel is conveniently located across from SF airport with access to free shuttle to & fro. Prices are reasonable! Highly recommend it!

The receptionist welcomed me in at late arrival time, and there is free indoor parking. I enjoyed that the room was clean, and the heater was easy to set up. Location is very convenient if you are going to SFO.

Nice but the not worth the price
The area is a little shady, and breakfast was very basic. The hotel is overpriced compared to the service and area. The good thing is that they provide free shuttle service to and from the Airport and free on-site parking.

Pros: Quick ride to SFO on their free shuttle. The room was spacious , well lit and had ample electrical outlets. Free continental breakfast. Cons: road noise around the clock. The walks are paper thin. Unfortunately the room overhead had children running back and forth for hours. And if someone flushed a toilet upstairs or ran water, it sounded like Niagara Falls was running through the walls.

This is a clean, comfortable airport hotel. Big bonus is the ice cream shop across the street. Because the shuttle comes only once an hour, it was not useful to us arriving at SFO. We chose not to use it leaving and took a Lyft instead.
