Great hotel, very convenient to get to airport. Rooms couldn’t be cleaner or more comfortable. Hotel representative at desk when we checked in most pleasant - as was the person at desk when we checked out.

It was pretty clean and there was parking under the hotel which was nice. The only issue I had but dealt with was that it was kind of noisy. The windows didn’t block outside noise. We could also hear the rooms connected to us as they were laughing and watching TV. So I advise to bring earplugs or headphones if you are sensitive to outside sounds.

Rating: 1/5 We stayed at Hotel Aura for one night with our family of four (two adults, preteen son, and 8-year-old). Check-in was smooth at 5 pm, but our experience quickly turned sour. Upon entering room 207, we discovered the bathroom door lock wasn't working. We informed reception, and the staff member confirmed the issue. However, the manager's response was shocking: "You're a family, you can manage." No effort was made to change our room or fix the lock. This was extremely inconvenient, especially with young children. The bathroom door would sometimes get stuck, requiring assistance from outside to open. The worst experience was at midnight when I got stuck inside and had to bang on the door to wake my husband for help.

The included parking was great. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The street was noisy as our room/ window faced the main road, but i do pack a noise machine, so that helped. The included breakfast was a deciding factor in picking this hotel, but the breakfast lacked in protine options. It was extremely carb heavy. Protine options were yogurt, and hard boiled eggs only.
