It is listed as having a Shuttle service to the Airport, but that apparently doesn't start until 3:30 PM, and only suppose to run once an hour, 2 shuttles never made it, so we ended up waiting for over 3 hours. The morning shuttle was scheduled and did run on time, but since it gets guests from 3-4 other properties, it was full and it was a challenge to get the bags in and there were no left seats.The room is basic, because it seem to have been renovated recently (or painted over) it was OK and had all the basics but the transportation is a mess and it should be listed as having a "shuttle" - this is NOT a shuttle.

The rooms are very up to date. They have a Microwave and Fridge in the room. The hotel is accessible to multiple dinning options as well as shopping within walking distance. The only downfall is they only had 1 ice machine and it wasn't working. I already booked another stay here as it provides transportation to/from the airport.

Hotel and room were clean and spacious. Free shuttle to airport was great. Many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Staff was pretty distant at every meeting. LOUD traffic all night long if you're on the main street side. Nothing fancy but it worked well for a night before our flight.

Rooms are very clean and pretty spacious. It has all of the amenities that a person like me would need. It’s not too far from South San Francisco and getting to the airport isn’t a problem at all.
