No restaurants open in the area after 10:pm. The hvac system needed servicing. Fan adjustment did not adjust.. The motor sounded like a truck. We had to turn it off to sleep. Got a little cool. Airplanes landed over head most of the night.

It's a shame I liked the room (even with no hot water) and property, but the staff had no customer service skills. Unhelpful, rude, no communication with each other so we were told different things. They offered airport transfers which is why we booked, we called when we arrived and was told we had to wait 40 minutes at 9pm in the cold. When we wanted to leave was told to book a seat by one staff member, and then the next morning was told by a different one we didn't need to book just needed to be there and they'll call them up whenever. Well okay. So we came when we wanted to leave and was told it would be another 30 minutes. Felt ridiculous. We were considering booking a second night so asked the front desk, they gave a price that was more expensive than online and we asked and they said well book online then?? We were also told our room wasn't available so we had to book another room and we wouldn't be able to get in until 2pm anyway but it was the same room type so didn't make sense. I know it was our fault for not booking ahead of time but the lack of help and empathy really sucked. Will not return unfortunately.

The lobby of this hotel is bordering on scary. I was so surprised once I got into the actual hotel and in my room because it is quite nice. The lobby area really needs some work.
