The room seemed recently remodeled. It was comfortable. The staff can be more courteous and professional. Otherwise, we had a nice stay and will definitely return.

Love the free airport shuttle & Convenient location to the airport. Spacious room; however, the AC is very loud when activated combining with the noises from the airplanes made an uneasy sleep. Room has a strong musty odor as the AC was not turned in until activated by guests.

The room was very clean, which was a top priority for us. However, the exterior didn't match the photos we had seen. The parking area was unclean, and the reception area was dirty, with torn chairs. It was just a quick overnight stay before an early flight the next day, so we didn't spend much time there.

The online photos were very deceiving. They made the property look very upscale, but it wasn’t. There were next to no food and drink options available in the nearly empty cases. The room was clean, but the main areas were just plain dismal. Since I was only there for a few hours (8pm to 4am), it was truly just a place to shower and sleep, so it was adequate.

The clerk at the front desk when we checked in wasn’t particularly friendly or helpful. The hotel and room was clean and seemed relatively new or newly remodeled…but there were some minor maintenance issues that had not been resolved…they were mostly aesthetic, not safety related but indicative of a lack of concern for the overall condition of the property.

The room was the most disgusting place I've ever seen. Bugs all over the bathroom and personal hygiene item stuck to the bathtub. I couldn't even stay there for the evening and now they won't give a refund.

Nice stay before my flight
After my trip to Palo Alto I needed a hotel convenient to SFO for a 6:15 flight back. The hotel is near a street (San Mateo) filled with restaurants or Wendy's across the street. The bus to the airport arrives at 4:10, I was picked up, dropped off, thru security and at the gate by 4:40.
