Clean Safe Comfortable at a Great Value

Clean safe and comfortable. Very spacious clean room at a great value. Amenities were good ample toiletries and towels. Very good bathroom counter space. Lots of hot water and good shower head. Wrap around windows were nice. Although I was facing the carwash next door it was quiet. Very nice sitting areas (2) outside the room with big comfortable arm chairs and sofas with excellent lighting plus skylight. Room lighting was plentiful but low lighting. Convenient phone charger plates on both sides of the bed with reading lights. Bed was comfortable. Linens were white and basic. Pillows were a little lumpy but comfortable. Lots of storage; dresser bedside drawers armoire separate coffee area. Good location restaurants nearby convenient to the airport. Provided luggage cart. Easy parking. Good freeway access. Attentive staff.

Feels like home, will be back!

The place is renovated maybe five years ago but it’s very nice and very comforting place. Feels like home. A good place to stay. Will definitely return. Front desk is friendly, so as housekeeping. I forgot our toothpaste but unfortunately they didn’t have any, it’s ok.

Ho-hum.. okay for one night. Won’t return.

Aesthetically beautiful if you don’t look too close. My room’s floors had not been swept, throughout all the way to the bathroom. Looked like paint was used to cover up things that needed to be fixed. It looked like new furniture and flooring were put in. But things were patched together or walls painted that overran signs, trim and door knobs. Worse there were some weird gray crumbs in my bed on top of the sheets which tells me they didn’t change the sheets. Bed Pillows were the size of throw pillows (WTH?). I called the front desk before my trip and was told two different times for the shuttle to pick me up at airport (neither were right). The schedule wasn’t on the website which it should have been. I ended up waiting 45 minutes in the cold at SFO because I was given the wrong times. Lastly, there was a dispute about the security deposit. I was told when I checked in i was told one price for deposit and no Apple Pay taken.And they needed to see the physical card that I paid for the room with which I didn’t have! I ran out to get some food and when I came back, I was accosted by someone else who told me I needed to pay a different price for the deposit. So an HUGE issue and again he wanted a physical card and I only had one physical card limited funds Then I was told I could use Apple Pay with plenty of money on that card, but it wouldn’t go through so. The front desk was dysfunctional with all that and and especially the shuttle issue!

Great hotel near SFO airport. Newly built or newly renovated, everything is in great condition. Very convenient to and from airport, free shuttle or 7 minutes drive. It is also very close to Caltrain San Bruno station. It would be perfect if it could offer breakfast.

The hotel was very clean front desk was courteous and helpful. Our room was very spacious and spotless. We had an enjoyable stay. It was just a stop over between flights. Had all that we needed. The also allowed us I. At 2 pm as we arrived at 12:30. Went for a delicious lunch and checked in. I would recommend this hotel. 😊

This is a perfectly fine hotel for those long overnight airport layovers. Stayed here after 15 hours of flights with a 13 hour layover waiting for our final flight home and it was definitely worth the quick refresher and snooze. The airport transfer bus isn't the most convenient of a schedule but for being included in the price it is good.
