Hotel looks old whit old things that could easily be replace but seen like ownership decided not to spent money on making it look better. Even the female receptionist told us a bunch of things that were broke such as the front hotel door. Rooms are small, bathrooms are super old with plumbing looking old. I reserved a 3 night stay but end up checking out after 1 night. Of course the Hotel did not refund me back affirming that their policy is just to take advantage of their good and convenient location. I end up paying for another more expensive Hotel at the Intercontinental but the move was worhty. Trust me when I tell you DO NOT stay here specially if you are traveling with your family or kids. You will thank me later.

We had the 2 queen room. I was very pleased. It was quite roomy and clean. The beds were good with a medium firm mattress. They had little extras like a makeup mirror and bench and a shoe buffer! It was in a great location for the lunar New Year parade and the BART to the airport.

Several good restaurants near by. Cafe Mason is excellent and it is right around the corner from the hotel. A clean hotel. My room was in the older part and the room was small.

The room was very small with 3 drawers, small closet, no space for toiletries in bathroom. For a single person staying one night living out of their suitcase, the room would be suitable!!!!!! The staff and housekeepers were superb!!!!!
