When we arrived, I was not aware that they charge $24 a night for parking. We also paid for the breakfast that was $20 extra per day per person, and for the cost of food was not good. There was not much of a selection whatsoever. Bacon was cold eggs were lukewarm. I would not do this again better off buying breakfast somewhere else. Also there was a water leak in the lobby coming out of the ceiling seem pretty rundown. we were there for a basketball tournament and they put most of us next to the elevators and you could hear them all night long.

I decided to stay here d/t Crowne Plaza reputation. I then started reading reviews that were subpar. When I did stay, I did not find some of the issues that others found. The hotel definitely needs updating/refreshing, it was fairly worn. The room seemed clean, although wall paper starting to bubble. The fan in the heat/ac was extremely loud. I had an accessible room with full tub, and only grab bars. That worked fairly well for me. My biggest complaint was that the disabled parking only had a few spaces and were always taken. I had to walk from all the way in the back of the parking lot with my walker to the hotel, then down a long hallway to get to the elevator only to have to walk back down that same long hallway to get to my room. Accessible room was nowhere need the elevators.

Furniture is outdated, Thin walls- I can hear my neighbors and I’m sure they heard us. Bathroom was not clean, you can still see a ring line around the tub. Celine tiles in the bathroom that is bacteria ready to grow. Bed sheets and supposedly comforter was not to its par. Lastly no bathrobes!
