The room is actually beautiful, roomy, clean and like new, we enjoyed our stay a lot, check in was uneventful, only down side is there's only one elevator and it's slow. We stayed for 6 hours due to flight delay and check out at 10PM, I dropped off the key card at the front desk, they provided no receipt and invoice but that's usually how check out goes so we left go on our way. But days later, we're charged $97.23 on my credit card! I didn't consume anything in room, I did use the parking and got 3 bottle drinks from the lobby, but that seems like an outrageous amount for those items. I emailed their corporate and was immediately refunded $75.03, again, no communication, no explanation. If you still decided to stay here because the rate is good, make sure you check your bill and credit card statement, and make sure you use a credit card instead of a debit card, so you have the option to file charge back from your bank should things go wrong.

Absolutely fantastic. Friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way and put me on the quiet side of the building. Superb space, beautiful view. To note, as is the case with many hotels, the walls are thin so if there are people in the next room, particularly with kids, you will get some noise. Not an issue at all, just something to note if you're looking for silence. Would absolutely go back!

Nice, large clean room with a beautiful view of the Bay. Two very comfortable queen beds, nice size television and a work desk. My main complaint was the coffee maker in the room. Very cheap plastic maker that barely worked. I went to the front desk to ask for another and I was told housekeeping would bring one up. Never it. Second complaint was the lack of security. The door from the patio leading to the outdoors on the Bay did not close properly leaving it mostly unlocked (unless someone made an effort to do so. The door leading from the same area to the inside of the hotel also did not close properly and also was unlocked most of the time. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. I would definently stay there again. The price was way below neighboring hotels and this one was ALMOST exceptional in comfort and location.

The property itself was modern and well kept. Our room was clean and had a nice smell to it. Beds and pillows were comfy. We had a view over the water but the boats we could see were filled with trash. Industrial area so no dining choices. Shuttle was convenient to airport. They charge for parking.
