It’s okay

Well, customer service at front lobby is not as friendly and happy as we checked in on March 3 .He did not even mentioned for parking fee he just handed the paper and key.. also when we checked out same person and don’t have customer service manner .Also the hot water on our room did not work well in the morning when taking shower it cold.

I paid for the room when I booked it with Expedia. I gave my credit card info to the hotel at check-in and was immediately charged $25 for incidentals. And the hotel charged me an additional $80 early on the morning of my departure. I called the front desk immediately to request that these charges be refunded, I talked to the front desk again in person before leaving the hotel to ask that they refund these duplicate charges. I have checked out and am in route home but still have not received my refund from the hotel. The shuttle service was good, my room was clean and comfortable. So I’m not unhappy with the experience of staying at the hotel - but I am still waiting for a refund.

The hotel did not have small wash towels which I found that was strange as hotels I’ve stayed at always had them. The shower curtains upon arrival were not clean and there was also a sticky circle spot on the carpet. The overall stay was good but needs some work in the cleanliness of the room.

Staff and guests were super friendly and helpful. We did not have the microwave in our room as expected but there was one available in the common area 24/7 which was helpful. Loved the local food options and the proximity to different areas of the Bay. Great location and awesome view of the lake :-)
