At the front desk it seemed like a good place. But once we got to the room it was super tiny. The air conditioning didn’t work. We had to walk four blocks and pay 40 dollars for parking.

Overall, an enjoyable 2-week stay. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. They were a delight. Our particular room was more dated than expected but it did the job. While the description stated it had a double sofa bed, it was actually a single sofa bed. Thankfully that wasn't an issue for us but it could be for someone else! Everything was in working order and all other promised facilities were available. Walls were a bit thin at times but I haven't stayed many places where this isn't an issue - some people are just loud and inconsiderate globally. I appreciated the relatively late check-out times (12pm) compared to other hotels.

The hotel is very convenient all the supplies are good. The shower is very nice. My view was poor. Good price. Feel safe. The rooms, although small, was well maintained and clean. The bed leans toward one side. Maybe it’s time to change the mattress.

Quiet and Clean
Stayed one night during a solo trip to SF. Check in was quick and easy. They have a kiosk checkin with someone manning the kiosk. It felt a little weird at first since it was different than the usual front desk checkin. But it was quick and efficient. The room was clean and quiet. No issues during my stay. I will stay here again when I’m in the area.

Stayed here for 2 nights. I think this place needs a refurbishment, as it seems stuck in the 2000s. Room was rather small, but comfortable. Staff were nice. Internet works well. Their coffee machines in the lobby are a very good amenity!

Perfect for business trip and convenient. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed and liked have water refill station on my floor. Rooms are small but it’s San Francisco/Europe style. Would stay again.

Decent hotel in a good location in the financial district. Walking distance to BART, which was convenient. On the weekend the neighborhood was not very lively and a lot of places were closed.

Loved the complimentary happy hour @ the bar next door, the expresso machine in their lounge & everything was great. Although the wifi was sporadic occasionally. Very convenient & quaint property right in an excellent location.
