Wonderful! From check-in to check-out staff was fantastic and helpful. My morning mocha was perfect and a great start to my day. Breakfast always looked amazing but I can’t eat a large breakfast but found yogurt less than a block away. Although some people mention the rooms being small I found it very convenient for one person and the bed was very comfortable. I’m an older adult but the room technology wasn’t difficult to navigate and was actually great. citizenM thought of everything and I have no complaints or thoughts of anything else I wish was there. For the past few years I’ve stayed at various AirBNB’s but this is a game changer! I’ll definitely stay here again in the future! A huge thank you to the staff for this wonderful experience!

FUN COMFY WELCOMING!! We happily moved to CitizenM after checking out in horror from another funky shabby expensive Union square Hotel. WOW for the same price CitizenM was clean, modern, stylish and most of all COMFY CHEERFUL AND FRIENDLY. Great staff. Compact efficient rooms with great bednooks and every modern need. The lobby living room check-in concept is fun and was buzzing all hours of the day and night. $21 breakfast buffet had hot eggs meat and smoke salmon with lots of cereal and bread options. Good price and easy. Good strong hot coffee available 24/7. Great location 1 and 1/2 blocks from Union square, market Street and one block from the entrance to Bart. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The check in was by kiosk but there’s someone in the lobby that will come over to explain. Staff were attentive and welcoming. The room had a long bed that was wall to wall. I thought that was cool.
