Loved my stay at citizenM in San Francisco! The room was small but super cosy – perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The bed was so comfy, I slept like a baby. The staff were all really nice and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely stay here again, no doubt.

What a fun and unique hotel. Loved the cozy little rooms and their lobby was amazing (first time I’ve ever purposely hung out in a lobby). Plus “come and go” breakfast option was lovely - started the day with a latte and came back for more later. Highly recommend

Very cool hotel concept. Room is very bright and clean which I like. Lobby public area is very modern and pretty. Nice to sit there read a book and enjoy a cup of coffee. Great hotel for people who travel alone for work or young couple who enjoy technology.
