I had a comfortable room, but was very disappointed in the service when I checked out. I accidentally left some property in the room. When I returned to pick it up, one of the items was not there. I talked to both the front desk manager and hotel manager. They said there was nothing they could do and would not pursue it. I would not recommend this hotel because of the service I received after my stay. They do not care about their guests.

I love the building inside and and outside. Love Breakfast is delicious! The people from the lobby are very nice, specially, Chris. Not so much the woman. Think is the manager. Location is perfect. In my room I felt paranormal activity. Overall I love the hotel, I will come back.

Convenient for an overnight at San Francisco airport. A few dining options are walkable - several Chinese predominately. Was planning using their shuttle from airport but found service was ‘on a break’ when our 450 seat BA flight arrived. Not wanting a 100 minute wait after checking with hotel we took a taxi - added $25 we hadn’t planned on! So shuttle service disappointing even though we did find a reference to the mid day ‘break’ on their website. Otherwise good value for cost.
