The hotel is ok, our room was dirty when we arrived with a big coffee spillage on bedside table which made me doubt how clean the rest was. We asked for the room to be cleaned and came back and it was the same so had to ask again the next morning. The shower was also broken and bathrooms dated. Attempting to upsell to the kids by leaving overpriced soft toys on the bed when you arrive is undesirable too.

Very nice staff. Odd bellman but ok. Very touristy area but we knew that coming in. Very accommodating desk staff. Great rooms and views.

This is a beautiful property inside and out; and a free Museum is attached! Everyone from valet to concierge was so welcoming and friendly. It literally felt like you were staying with friends! The rooms were cleaned and the beds were 10/10 comfortable! We don’t eat at the restaurant, but the coffee was great! Such a nice facility. The location could have been better! A block away from the Buena Vista and the trolley! A street lined with food options and right across from the beach. It was quiet and felt very safe. Will definitely come back!
