We stayed for a few days ahead of our cruise ship over the road for convenience. Previous reviews mentioned noise. Damn it was above their hotel with noisy patrons music and traffic noise. On 16 december was planning to dine downstairs but at 5.30 pm the building lost power. Apparently this happened the previous week. We went elsewhere for dinner. Their was no contact from building staff and we were left that night until around 4.30 am. No airconditioning, no back up generators, no tv ,no fridge no fresh air. No lights. Zero explanation but reception said all staff were trying to find the fault. No compensation ie free breakfast or at least a couple of drinks.. therefore no customer service or consideration. No never again nor would i recommend

Good hotel. Great spot!!!!

Hotel was ok. Turns out we were in a different tower than the front desk and there were not any staff to assist us or to answer questions. The room was a bit small. Great location however!!! Wonderful spot on the bay. Lots to do and see. The staff we did encounter were friendly and efficient. Beware of the Wyndham Resorts and Vacations table by the front desk. Try to sell you a bunch of stuff, lol. We would stay here again.

First the suite was not a suite, it was 2 separate rooms that connected. One with a bed the other with a couch. There was tape holding the elevator together and weird carpet. The noise from the airport, traffic, helicopters, boat horns, car alarms was not ideal for a peaceful place. Guest smoking weed on the same floor so we had to keep the windows closed. Way too much noise for me and I will never stay in this area again. The view was great but that is it. The staff recommended a horrible steakhouse. Greystone’s.

Was okay. The pool was PERFECT.

Was okay! Pool was heated, and perfect for a swim in the cool January air!! Nice workout facilities. Beautiful view of the bay! Unfortunately, not that quiet, being near airport and all, but really didnt bother me.

Front desk staff was great! Layout of the bathroom with sliding door was not private, and the closet inside the bathroom was inconvenient. Restaurant staff (Claim Jumper) was substandard and slow, but the food was good.

Great location. Can walking along the harbor anytime. Restaurants on the harbor. 10 minutes walk to a lot more in Little Italy. Good staff & service. Did not mind some of the facilities are a bit in need of upkeep. But one thing bothered all four of us in two different harbor view rooms on different floors. The bath room sink fumes out an unpleasant odor.

Located right across the street from the port/cruise terminal and my vacation to Hawaii. They picked me up at the airport and the restaurant hustled a salad for me just as they were closing. Slept well and had a great vacation. I highly recommend this facility.
