Beautiful property and rooms. Check-in was a breeze and got a shuttle to the airport quickly. The view from our room was amazing. We were close to the ships across the street and from our San Diego Bay Cruise. We could see the Vets Day Parade from our balcony but we choose to get down on the street to see it. We will be staying here again!

well, based on the pic i was supposed to get a bay view with balcony seating, but it was only a narrow balcony with no seating. then the toilet has been leaking every 5 mins, had to shut the door to keep the room quite. there was water in the bathtub (not fully flushed). parking is too expensive as well. $42 overnight.

The views are amazing, everything you wanna do is close. The pier has so many things to do. They have bike tours and we had so much fun. Restaurant claim jumper was awesome with amazing food. Dont buy from the hotel for everyday things super expensive for anything. There are no gas stations walking distance. Taking showers here very dangerous. The tubs are so slippery. I slipped, our child slipped and he got hurt. Tv has nothing interesting to watch when relaxing.

My family and I love staying here every time we visit SD! Such a nice and relaxing experience every time we come 😊 No complaints here. Our room always looks very nice and the front desk people are always super friendly and helpful, I have yet to experience anyone being rude. We hope to be back soon 😊

I had a bad experience because I was charged 2 times for the rooms twice, one´s by the app and then in the hotel, I didnt notice until I was back home, I tried to contact them but they never answered.

Called twice about the heater not working in the room. It just blew cold air and the shower had absolutely no pressure in which their maintenance/engineer never showed up. Lesson learned never gonna stay there again
