Property was great and front desk at check in was quick and customer service great. The only issue I had was I ended up with a cold shower in the morning, as there was something wrong with the hot water. When I told the morning front desk at checkout, they were not really apologetic and seemed as if not interested. Was disappointed in the morning desk

Pictures were deceiving. Actually looks like a motel with very basic and outdated rooms. It was clean enough but definitely would not come back. You could hear everything and property is not in a good area. So glad we only stayed for 1 night.

Checked in and was given keys that didnt work so we had to walk back. Was told the elevator worked for the third floor and it does but the button to go to the third does not work in the elevator. Room smelt of chemicals and all the finishes were cheap and poorly done for example paper towels were stuck in between the electrical outlet ans the extra space that was there. Walked out the back door to the closest restuarant and saw human waste on the sidewalks, drug deals, and homeless people. Got back to the room and could hear everything from the surrounding rooms. Water wouldnt get hot for showering. Multiple spiders in the room. Overall the worst hotel ive stayed at.

I’m a Wyndham member and I’ve stayed here before never had an issue. If I need late check out no problem. Never had noise problem either. But this time, it was so great! Request late check out & said yes you can get late out by noon if you call tomorrow early in the morning . (Why do I need to wake up early when I’m trying to sleep in?) So I call around midnight or 1am requesting the late check and said no call around the morning. Then I call at 8 and they said yess but until 11:30! 10:40am comes staff member knocking on the door to inform us check out is 11am but before he mentions it he said ohh so sorry I just got a text this room is late check out. Then 10 minutes later second person comes bangs hard on the door to get ready to check out. Like does the front desk not communicate? Another down side of this stay was the people upstairs. They must had kids or something because they stomped when they walked and ran a lot during the night and very early in the morning! So much for resting and sleeping in! I’m not a morning person so if I can check out late it’s a plus for me to stay again at that hotel. But this time it was like that at all. Please communicate better with your staff!

The hotel is definitely not a 7 star more like a motel not a hotel rating 4 star for sure loud people running up and down in front of your room screaming at all hours of the night vending machines and ice machines don’t work pool and spa out of order rooms are out dated and old wouldn’t stay here again

No TV no Shuttle Bus Service
Website clearly indicates a shuttle service, however, this hotel offers ZERO shuttle service. No airport shuttle and no shuttle to the local attractions or Sea World. No cable TV service available for my entire visit. Went to the bar next door to see the baseball game.

Wasn't impressed with whoever checked us in. Didnt check my ID to confirm who i say i am which this is the first hotel i've stayed at to not...maybe its something new?! Didnt care for the smacking/chewing gum which wasnt professional in my opinion. I did though appreciate the friendliness of the lady who checked us out the next morning. Other than that good stay!
