The customer service at the hotel was not professional or knowledgeable with my reservation. The representative was just going to charge my card and was not at all efficient with verifying my reservation, which i had 2 as well as asking if i was going to be using the card on file for from the reservation. Which i wasnt , and had personally called the hotel to inquire about that. As well as making sure the rooms were on ground dloor due disabled patron.
Secondly at the time of my getting the card and deposit clear, the representative who is now frustrated due to my being assertive about my paument options, then prints out they check in form for me to initial and sign.
Asked me if we had a car and i said yes. So upon reading what I have to pay and sign, i now see that tjere os a $20.a day charge for our car, and i asked and stated "why would you not explain or tell me that i have to pay that? You are just chsrging me with out informing me".
She then says she was going to go over that when i filled it out, and I said that isnt acceptable, that should be done before my signature and initials.
So as i am in my room, the front desk supervisor then wants to call me and tjreanten mel. He didnt appreciate how i treated his staff, and if that happened again, he would refund my money and have me removed from the property.. i find that unacceptable seevice. Regardless of my be assertive aboit my money, it is up to the company's staff to be efficiently trainedin helping the guest
