The property is practically trashed, broken doors, furniture, the toilet was loose, the manager is awesome but the hotel looks like abandoned or vandalized definitely not coming back

I check in at the hotel, but when I arrived to the room, I found it really dirty and in terrible conditions. I tell to the lady at the front desk about the situation. She offered me another room but, the rooms were in the same bad and dirty situation. I have pictures of the room as a proof. I asked to the lady at the front desk for a refund, but she said that Hotels.com needs to pay back the money. When I asked at the chat of the website of Hotels.com, the lady who was trying to helped me, she called to the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel said that I didn´t complain at all and because of that they won´t refund. However it is not true. Then, I received a $50 dolars coupon from Hotels.com, which is no even half of what I paid ($243). I am asking for a 100% refund. The people who is working at Primera Hotel know the terrible conditions they offer to the customers, but they don´t care. I left the hotel because I didn´t feel safe and I didn´t feel confortable.

BEWARE DO NOT GO!!!!

Place is completely rundown in the room. There’s no blankets for the bed sheets on the bed were filthy. there’s no toilet paper there’s no towels the shower my key card kept getting desynchronized I go to reprogram it and some random guy reprograms it for me. Worst place I’ve ever stayed at in my life.

The pictures do not look remotely the same. The pictures online are extremely old. The place needs updates with everything. There are no towels or toilet paper in the room. You have to request it at the front desk but they don't tell you. All linnens are stained and dirty. Tv doesnt work. Its loud with the residents they have living there. They have no respect for guests. You literally pay cheap and you get cheap. Spent the extra money for another place. This is not good at all.

Floors were duty, sheets where duty, bathroom had mold, microwave was burn inside, no toilet paper, no towels, when I went to the front desk to ask for toilet paper, they just said we don't have any.

I should’ve known from the minute we parked at this property that it was going to be horrible. But It was late and we were tired so we booked at the first hotel that came up without looking at the reviews. The minute we walked into the room, there was a STRONG smell of sewage. There were no pillows or blankets & I honestly thought we were in the wrong room. Walking into the bathroom where the smell was extremely bad, there was a missing light bulb above the sink, a bucket full of water under the sink that had been there for who knows how many days, the sink was STILL leaking and coming into the floor. Also, the toilet was not flushed from I’m assuming the last person that was in there, no toilet paper & there was no shower curtain. I had seen enough and upon walking out my husband also mentioned the furniture being old and chipped away, and the light switch covers that were missing. We went to the receptionist and let her know we could NOT take that room, and she was not surprised as if this is a daily response they get. She then told me she hopes Expedia returns our money. There was another customer in there getting their room key overhearing us & upon waiting for our Uber, we see the same customer walking angrily to the front office and he mentions to us how horrible the room is. Horrible area, horrible room, horrible staff.
