The staff was very welcoming and was available if you needed. The building seems old but well kept and clean. The location is really great since you can walk to anywhere in Little Italy. There is an amazing view as well. Only thing I didn’t like was that when I showered, the water would get all over the floor outside of the tub. The shower curtain isn’t made of material that holds the water within the tub area. It wasn’t a big issue though, and I would definitely stay here again.

My check in was the best due to the help of Daniel at the front desk , he was able to check me in early 😉 then when I asked him about the pool he informed me it was closed with construction 😞 Daniel then came up with a suggestion that maybe a sister property would allow me to use their pool 😎 Daniel made several phone calls and made it happen! Thank you!

Even though it was comfortable and looked really good in pictures. I had issues with room like the AC wasn’t working but we managed with the windows open that helped cool the room. That being said if the issue persists in summer it won’t be my choice of place to stay.

Upon checking in renovations were not mentioned. 1 elevator worked out of 4 and the tv didnt work. A night auditor came to my room to argue with me about my complaints. The carpet smelled musty and my room smelled.
