The service was great. There was many dining options just in walking distance and like how they had flea market across from the hotel.

This stay was alright, walkable distance to Little Italy. The room was clean but the shower needs to be replaced. They are currently under construction so no gym and bar. They offered us discounts on places around. What we did not like was when we needed a new toilet paper roll, we opened up a new one and it was soaked with dirt water which made it unusable. Last part, we left our drinks within the fridge after check out. The front desk was kind enough to let us go retrieve them but when we entered our room (the maid was already in there because the beds were stripped) they were missing. We asked both cleaners that were on the floor and they both claimed they didn’t touch the room. So someone got lucky with our alcohol thinking we wouldn’t come back for them. Wouldn’t stay here again because of that experience.

The location was convenient, but I did not know it was going to be under construction during my stay. I mostly booked the room because of the hot tub and pool on the roof and the whole area was closed due to construction. I wanted to sleep in and wasn’t able to as hammering started around 8 am. I understand construction is necessary, but the hotel price ($200) was the same as others that were nicer and not under construction. If I had known beforehand I would have brought this up and if the price was non negotiable I would have gone elsewhere.

None of the amenities listed were available (pool, fitness center) because everything was under construction. This was not disclosed before we got to the property. I chose this place because a pool was advertised and we did not get a pool. Also, there was loud drilling starting at 9am for 2 of the 4 mornings we were there.

Check in, room, and the stay overnight was not bad at all. Parking was definitely very inconvenient for us and a bit tragic. It was our first time stay and after we had paid $50.00 parking we didn’t know that finding parking in the building was going to be an issue. It was so compact very narrow and not enough space to get through to go up or down the floors to the point that our vehicle got almost stuck getting out and end up scratching our front bumper while trying to get out from one floor to to the other just to find parking. There was no one to guide us So our vehicle got damaged and once we finally received the help and was given a parking we went to the front desk to report the incident and of course I asked for a refund not charged for the parking because we were only staying one night but was told that they were not responsible for the parking. . So my husband and I went to our room and decided just to let things be and hope we can drive our vehicle out the building tomorrow morning and we did thank goodness. But parking is definitely not suitable and definitely not promised you’ll find one after paying $40.00. Staff were very nice and understanding I know it’s out of their control but I do hope since they were also in construction they can create a better experience for parking maybe keep track or hire someone who can guide the guest who paid for parking that way they don’t have any accidents scratching their vehicles against the walls
