My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Z. Aaron and the other staff were very helpful and accommodating. I loved the bikes that you could take for a jaunt around San Diego on the lovely sunny days.

I really enjoyed my stay here; loved the complimentary bottle and there being an area to refill it. it was perfectly around the gaslamp area, the staff was super nice and helpful. loved the pineapple theme. would totally stay the next time I visit San Diego.

Best stay in any hotel in San Diego

An absolutely spectacular hotel. Everything was clean and bright. The exterior of the building popped with color and was very inviting. The lobby was welcoming and Melissa was a fantastic host. Our room was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The bed was one of the nicest I have ever slept in while on vacation and the bathroom and shower were modern and sleek.

This is a great hotel. Very clean, comfy bed, friendly staff. It is in walking proximity to many restaurants, clubs, etc in downtown San Diego. My only issue with this hotel was the parking. They do recommend a parking lot nearby. It is very close to the hotel but just a bit annoying to not have direct parking. It would not deter me from going back.
