They would not extend the AAA discount since not booked under them. The price for the quality of the room was not worth it. Sorry floors, stained sheets and only 2 elevators working. It also had no convenient outlets for charging phone/computer. Only ones close enough to the bed was connected to the desk and the chargers would fall out.

The three out of the four elevators on the property, were all down due to maintenance issues. Can you imagine how difficult it is to come and go as you please when you’re waiting for 25 minutes minimum for ONE elevator to make its way through 22 floors. There were no signs of any elevator technicians on site attempting to resolve the issue which was very frustrating. It is extremely disappointing especially for the amount you’re paying to stay there. The valet services also seemed to be very unorganized and it was evident that they completely forgot we were waiting for our vehicle on our check-out date and had us waiting outside for 30-35 minutes. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

From the moment we arrived at valet the staff was amazing. The courteous treatment continued at check in. The room had a great view and was very clean! Will definitely stay there again.

Our stay was great! Friendly staff and the room was perfect. The only issue we had was the heater wasn’t heating. A/c worked good. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. I will definitely stay here again.
