During the holiday season, two of the four elevators were out of order. At midnight, we heard loud voices from drunk people walking on our floor and using inappropriate language. The front desk staff was not friendly and did not address our concerns adequately.

Don’t stay here. It’s so old and has no pool! That’s terrible as even motels these days have pools. The shower head was so cheap as if someone stole it from a cheap apartment and installed it. There were no lotions or soap etc in the bathroom. There was no refrigerator in the room. The TV in a king room was smaller than my computer screen! And it was situated below the bed level. Such an after thought. They had only 2 elevators for a 22 story building in the heart of San Diego. There is no parking either; they charge $60 for valet for the night.

A parking charge is not acceptable for $30 per night or $60 for the valley parking. Otherwise you have to go somewhere else which far from the hotel.
