Beatiful Hotel. Loved everything about it so clean, the rooms were spacious n comfortable. I love how it was so close to everything just walking distance. Would love to stay here again.

The location of the hotel is a 5 star. Perfect location to walk to many attractions, bars, and restaurants. I had called to let the hotel know we were arriving late due to flight changes. When we arrived we checked in got our key. When we entered the room, it was not ready. The bed wasn’t made, the clean sheets were on the table, the bed had the mattress exposed and two pillows. It was 2am we were exhausted and decide to just do the bed ourselves. Upon more inspection we noticed we had no toilet paper, hand towels or trash bags. We had to go ask the front desk who provided us with the trash bags and toilet paper. The following morning house keeping did come clean the room and did stock up the bathroom with towels, shampoo, soap etc. if it wasn’t for that incident I would rate this stay a 5 star.
