Horrible customer service from the lobby wanna be Chola. She needs to either get paid or quit her job. She must hate it there. She was very rude to the person in front of me checking in and worst with me. Only because I had driven 8 hours and it was 12 am I didn’t walk out. She girl needs to get a new life and new man or quit.

Good hotel in kind of a strange area near the Mexican border. Pool and spa were either out of service or not cleaned recently. Location was good for the nearby amphitheater for a local concert.

The hotel wasn't what we expected it to be, but it was decent and served its purpose for what we needed it for that weekend. Didn’t like the area because it was too busy due to being right next to the Mexican border, and hardly any stores pr restaurants nearby. Definitely wouldn't stay here again.
