When we checked in, the front lobby man asked us if we wanted room service every day or every other day. We requested daily room service. Throughout our three days/nights there, room service did not enter our room even a single time. We had to go to the desk to even just request fresh towels. We asked the housekeeping staff to touch up our room, they said they’d be in in ten minutes, they never went in. Trashes stayed full, room was musty and humid, staff not friendly, not clean at this location at all. Very disappointed to say the least.

The hotel was nice, clean and our room had a side by side freezer and refrigerator also a table with chairs. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because there is no elevator and my bad knee didn’t like climbing stairs to the third floor. I would recommend it if your healthy.

Horrible experience this time

We have always stayed there in the past and never had a problem, but this time it was totally horrible. The people next to us were fighting half the night LOUD!!!! then who ever was above us, it sounded like they were building a house, couldnt get much sleep.

There is NO ELEVATOR!!! That was a surprise. The facility is older but Not Ugly rooms kinda updated feel. Not sure what happened in our room prior to us but the smell walking in was not good. We opened the window to vent but later realized the carpet felt wet. Day two it was still wet feeling and smelly as u walked in. Didn’t feel like it was drying. There is also no bathroom vent so moisture accumulated causing mold mostly in bathroom and window. The attempt to tend to the problem is seen but husband thinks it’s due to weather n no ventilation. The sheets were Dry, clean n soft. The shower was Awesome after a long day. If the mold n wet carpet wasn’t a problem it would have been close to excellent. Staff were kind n pleasant. Thank you.

So beautiful. Perfect location. Very quiet. We ended up extending our stay because of how much we enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast was so delicious, big selection. We are already planning our next trip so we can stay again.

One of the bad and worst hotel I ever stayed. Everything was very old and rusty. And they charged me 70 dollars because my kids spilled coffee on bed sheets. When I called them they told we should buy new, however I asked why don’t you wash them. But they said nothing. They are scammers. Please avoid this hotel.
