This was one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The attention to detail in everything on the property was amazing! The decor, the furnishings, everything. The restaurant was beyond amazing never had such cooked from scratch deliciousness. Hotel staff actually looked like they loved their jobs. Cannot wait to go back. Close to sverything yet felt like you were in an actual resort. Christian’s will love the ambiance and story behind the family run resort. Stay here!

I reserved one room for my family based on excellent reviews for cleanliness. Upon entering the room I found green fuzz on the floor and dismissed it. That night I found a black hair in the shower that did not belong to my family as we had not used he shower yet. The carpet in the room was buckled in 2 spots. It needed to be stretched. The gym had one stationary bike, one rowing machine, one treadmill, and three medicine balls. There were no weights. When I mentioned the hair in the bath tub I was just stared at by the desk clerk. Nothing was said. I requested the room be cleaned the next morning as we only had one day left, things already planned and no time to find a new hotel. While we were out for the day the hotel emailed us asking if they could deep clean the bathroom? I feel that should have been done already and a request should not have had to be made to me for something that is expected when paying for a room plus $30 plus daily for parking. We will never return to this hotel. Upon check out I was not asked how our stay was. The hotel did not appear busy.

This is a bit of a secret in Mission Valley but I always stay here. The parking is exorbitant but otherwise it's fantastic. Clean, new, great service, convenient location, good room rates. I will be back in two weeks.

Driving up, the hotel looks quite nice, i.e., great curb appeal! The guy at the counter was disappointingly not as friendly as I would hope for this establishment. Saw me walk up, made a phone call, and put me on hold. Beware: There is a $30 per night parking charge that I am sure will go up with inflation.
