Air conditioner did not function. It blew heat instead of cold air. After three complaints, the non-English speaking “manager” finally showed up and had a bad attitude. She argued that they were not in the wrong for failing to show up even though she saw that it was documented that we had asked for it to be repaired previously. In the middle of the night, after repeated arguments, they finally offered a room with a window that opened and made zero effort to help move all our stuff. This place is not worth the hassle.

I recently stayed at Legacy Hotel Spa and Resort, and I was thoroughly disappointed. First, they have a hidden $35 PER night parking fee that isn’t disclosed until after your card is charged three days later. Then, during check out they tried to claim a parking fee that was already paid and argued they would just charge the card on file. This lack of transparency is frustrating and feels misleading. This place feels more focused on extracting money from guests than providing a quality experience. The spa facilities are underwhelming at best. It’s clear that the spa is understaffed, and the overall maintenance is lacking. The pool area was neglected, with a dirty hot tub that nobody seemed to care about. Housekeeping was another issue. They merely made the bed without changing the sheets, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be a resort. To add to my disappointment, the restaurant’s food quality did not match the overpriced menu. I expected more for what I paid. Overall, Legacy Hotel Spa and Resort prioritizes profit over guest satisfaction. I cannot recommend it if you’re looking for a true spa experience or a relaxing getaway.
