Felt like for what I was paying I should have received better service. Every time I had to order a drink they needed an id. The pool was busy and hard to find a chair. The food was mediocre and weren’t many options. Wish I got more for what I paid for.

Check-in was slow because they only had one person at the desk. Bartender was rude when we went for evening drinks. Early morning construction right outside our door behind the hotel. Hotel was very beautiful and unique.

Hotel was great! Double Queen room was really small for the expensive price! I guess you’re paying for location and easy access to bars, pool (was not heated), and nightlife. Worth it for a night to enjoy the vibes.

Every area of the Lafayette is so picturesque from the moment you step foot inside and out. The lobby, the lobby bar, the restaurants, the pool area, the bowling center, the room itself. I will definitely be returning.

The hotel is amazing and stunning! Love the bars, restaurant, and cleanliness. However, my room didn't have a trashcan at all. One of the lamps was out and with the room already being dim, it made a different when I needed more light at night. Pool bartender was very slow, she asked me what I wanted, turned around and started talking to what seemed like off duty coworkers and forgot my order. Then 15 minutes she came back and asked what I wanted. I told her she'd already asked and she asked me to tell her again because she'd forgotten it. That kinda threw me off. The ice situation when my room was so far away, was a turnoff for sure. I was on my robe and would like to make a drink while getting ready to go out but there was no way I had time to put clothes on, go get ice, come back, make a drink, and finish getting ready. It would be nice if even if they don't change the bedding, that someone could at least make it, especially when we're in town for business and gone all day working events, we just want to get back to a freshened up hotel room. I'll be back in a month because I already have a reservation, but I hope things are better then.

We absolutely loved this hotel. For the moment you walk in the decor is a breathtaking scene. Every single member of the staff is so friendly. The rooms are comfortable. We slept great. I highly recommend staying here.
