We really enjoyed our stay. Room and property was clean. Saturdays Farmers market is right outside the hotel. The only problem was the parking very limited. if you are planning on stay there make sure you dont have a big truck or SUV because you would have to find parking out in the street. Big cars dont fit in their parking garage.

Awesome location! Heart of Little Italy! Main Sqare across street from Hotel… Restaurants and Bars right outside Hotel entrance. Walking distance to Seaport Village, Portside Pier, 10 minutes Uber from Airport. Coffee shop and courtyard in the same bldg, has great coffee and morning eats. We loved our stay!! Room is small and humble, but it’s an older refurbished bldg in DT, that's just how old architecture is… you won’t spend a lot of time in the room, there is so much to do and see, so size didn’t matter. Safe area, and quiet at night….we walked everywhere.

You know what they say about LOCATION, this is the place to enjoy Little Italy and San Diego Harbor. Front desk staff is helpful with a friendly smile. Would stay here again!

Avoid at all cost!

Horrific except for location. Homeless half naked man shouting at entrance to hotel entire time we were there. Had to park across the street in unattended lot because our car wouldn’t fit…cost more per night plus hassle. Rooms tiny with no amenities. Tv had several cords hanging out. Room was too small for our luggage. Shower was a disaster. Never stay again and recommend my friends avoid at all cost.

The room was smaller than expected but good for a solo trip or couple. Our AC was not working properly so it felt very humid inside. We needed to have our window open during our stay. We did love the convenience of being close to Little Italy and the shore. Everything is walking distance. Parking is limited so I suggest arriving a bit before check in to secure a parking spot during your stay.

We really loved staying in Little Italy and found the hotel to be perfect for our needs. Our room was upgraded as we were celebrating a birthday and the room was good. The staff were really helpful and the English bar cross the road was enjoyable in the evenings.

Very noisy hotel, with no wall insulations .from my bed i could hear my neighbors talking about their accountant as if they were standing in the room. All the water pipes were ratling in concert when my neighbors used their bathrooms? My room was also very small and very dark because of insufficient lighting.

Location, location, location!

Delightful location. So convenient to wonderful food and drinks. They had a little problem with their fire alarm system while we stayed giving us an unpleasant midnight wake up call. But, that’s certainly an irregular occurrence. Mattresses were a little warn, but the hotel was quiet for being so close to everything.
