The front desk staff was unbelievably rude. Without a hello or a welcome, started stating things that were forbidden to do, as if you were checking into a detention center. We arrived at the hotel at 3:50 and were told the rooms weren’t ready. Horrible manors, rude and disrespectful. I reserved 4 rooms for work purposes and will NEVER return to this hotel again.

My only complaint is the rooms are small, have to pay extra for a microwave and the TVs are not equipped for your streaming services. Bring your Roku! The room was very clean, plenty of pillows, housekeeping stopped in every day. Overall for the price it was good. Ate at the restaurant food was good, average price for the area. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We were in the area for my daughter's marine graduation which we were very close to MCRD base big plus for that.

It was very reasonable price wise, but you get what you pay for. Dirty and very noisy. Inconvenient to get anywhere. Stay someplace closer to dt, the money you save on Uber rides is worth a more expensive location.

It’s an older property but very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I can tell a lot has gone into the upkeep the hotel. Very convenient to shops, restaurants and downtown San Diego. I would stay there again.

It was good I love San Diego what a beautiful city the hotel was nice the parking was a little crazy at night. Get ready to park far and still have to pay $15 a night for parking. The bathrooms could’ve been cleaner, but the pool in the hot tub and all the other amenities were very nice and the people that worked there were nice.

The mattress was the hardest brick I’ve ever slept on room 288, I’ve never woken up so stiff! I like the location, easy access to everything SD has to offer… the car parking tax was bullSheeet. Just another way to get 30 bucks out of me.
