Nice place to stay near the marina

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Grounds are very pretty and tropical. Was a little disappointed that fresh coffee wasn’t served in the lobby during the morning. Had to pay for coffee at the restaurant next door or use the tiny coffee maker in the room.

Love this place! So classic yet up to date resort hotel. They even have concerts here, I lucked out and saw Jim Croce jr from my balcony! Thank you to the front desk staff for getting me that room. Also walkable to one of the best Tiki restaurant/ bars in the country, put this on your list!

Great location with a beautiful view of downtown! Shelter Island is a great place to stay with lots of nearby seafood spots. The park is right across from the hotel making it a walkable place.

Hidden fees

Everything was great the only thing that wasn't is that they force hotel guests to pay for parking and sneak a resort fee in at time of check out. This was an extra $90 that we weren't expecting and should've been stated up front when booking. This would help to budget your stay better. $25 dollars a day to park at the hotel you're already paying for?! Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

The property is beautiful and so many things that are walking distance. I am a Expedia VIP but was not offered the items that Expedia was offering. They did give us some discounts to the property. We were able visit the Restaurant/Bar. There was a fun jazz band playing. We have some great service and drinks from the Bartenders. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful resort escape with many amenities!

Beautiful hotel with great staff and service. Beautiful greenery and well kept grounds, common spaces and rooms. In room TVs have many apps that you can sign into. WiFi works great. Pool area is very nice, they even have common space table fire pits. The restaurants food is okay, the lounge looked super fun but was super busy so we didn’t get to check it out. Beds and pillows are not the best but they’re also not the worst. There is no direct beach access if you want to go into the ocean as the marina surrounds Shelter Island but the ocean views are plentiful and beautiful. Would definitely stay again.
