Lots of amenities designed to be friendly family. Location is decent but there are homeless people close by. The furniture in our room needs updating. Beds are springy and used up. The faux leather on the couch was peeling as well. All of which I can get over. The place however lacks security and I do not feel safe being back my family to this property or perhaps any Homewood/Hilton property. My family was harassed all day the day before our checkout. We called front desk for assistance and was told security will be sent to do rounds. Come to find out later the hotel has no security until 10pm. They also have no cameras in the hallways and the cameras they do have is obviously not being monitored. When I finally confronted the perpetrator who happened to be a teenage boy goofing around the front desk only option was to send the maintenance guy to come deal with the situation. Nice guy but most definitely ill-equiped to deal with such situations. Luckily we check out the next day but serious security concerns. Also, after I gave feedback to front desk they said they did their best which equated to not very much. I would not recommend bringing young children to this property.

We liked the modern vibe and newish facilities, but there's nothing within walking distance. They serve a great breakfast and the social hour was a nice surprise. They offered a light meal with beer or wine. The kitchen staff were friendly and helpful, but everyone else, from the front staff to maintenance, were not. It's apparent that they did not like their jobs. The $26/night parking fee seems excessive for a non-gated open lot with limited tight spaces.

I chose this hotel because it is kid friendly. My son’s loved the pool and the games outside on the courtyard. Breakfast was included which was a plus. Free coffee and water in the lobby at anytime. Definitely will return.
