They don't clean the room everyday, because they only male a "soft" cleaning that only includes taking the trash out unless you ask for it.

Very noisy...after 10 pm, children running and screaming by the Hotel Hallway Rooms... This morning at 6:45am a woman receptionist knocking on the door of our room very loudly because supposedly she did not get the report of our room/night payment and the deposit. The payment was charged to my card before we were at the Hotel to check in... The parking lot was blocked by some people that were smoking/drinking there. Very bad experience this time at this Hotel.

Front staff personal was very friendly and accommodating. Our room bed sheets were not clean, had hair on pillow cases and sheets were not tidy. The shower stall also had hair in it. Front staff provided a different room which was cleaner.

We waited for about 20 minutes to check in. We had to walk around to find a staff member to have another person check us in. Housekeeping was sitting in the room behind the reception desk eating their lunch when we arrived and did not help us when we asked if they could have someone check us in.

$100 dlls deposit
By mistake I booked this hotel, I was trying to booked Quality Inn, I dont regret , the only problem I had during my check-in, was the $100 dlls deposit ,I was paying in cash but the guy in the desk told me only credit card,next morning at checkout a lady asked me if my deposit was made with a credit card or cash, problem is paying credit card sometimes the money never get to the bank.Lady told me that the guy is a new employee and he doesnt know the rules, Im still waiting my $100 dlls deposit
