This hotel is perfect for families of all sizes and ages. We had so much to do in walking distance from the hotel with the beach and multiple parks nearby. The restaurants were excellent, and the service was good. I’d recommend upgrading to the rooms away from the primary tower if you have room in your budget, as these areas looked much nicer and newer.

I wanted to share some quick feedback from our recent stay. While we enjoyed many parts of our visit, there were a couple of things that stood out — both positive and not-so-great. When I went to the front desk to ask about an email I received regarding a complimentary bike rental, one of the front desk staff members looked up our room and told the other (in front of me) that “the room hasn’t even been paid.” That felt uncomfortable and a little unprofessional, especially considering we were still checked in and I assumed payment would be processed at checkout. Also, when we arrived, we noticed the refrigerator in our room was dirty, which was a disappointing way to start our stay. On a much more positive note, I want to highlight how incredible the bartenders were — they had amazing customer service, were friendly, attentive, and honestly gave us the warm welcome we had hoped for. They went above and beyond and showed the kind of hospitality that leaves a lasting impression. Honestly, they’re the kind of team members who belong at the front desk. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Just wanted to share our experience — the good and the not-so-good — in hopes it’s helpful.

This place is beautiful and everyone was friendly All was good one thing was kind of not cool We had to wait 40 min to get a table for breakfast although tables were empty ( maybe they were understaff ) its the long weekend After that we had to wait another 30 mi. For a server to come after that It went fast

We stayed at the property to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our kids and unfortunately our experience was horrible. The hotel was over run by roudy kids/teenagers causing havoc at all hours of the night. We could not enjoy any part of the property without an issue involving these kids and security. Also the outskirts of the property was taken over by homeless and drugged out transients which spilled into the property giving a very unsafe vibe.
