Upon arrival, we received the worst room according to the attendant who checked us in. We were there 3 nights, never had maid service, even inquired after the first night. We were told we must have been missed. The ambiance was good, little coffee shop was great. I would book direct… maybe you’ll be treated better.

We enjoyed our stay at Mission Bay Resort. The property had all the necessary amenities and offered a relaxing atmosphere. That said, it's a bit far from downtown—next time I’d probably choose something closer since most of what we wanted to do (airport, zoo, etc.) was in that area. The only downsides were the limited food options and that the pool didn’t feel heated during our visit in early April. Also, our room could’ve been cleaned a bit better—some dust and surfaces not fully wiped—but we didn’t spend much time in the room outside of sleeping. Overall, a solid stay.

Pictures dont tell the whole story and their marketing team did a great job with the photos but its not what the whole hotel looks like or even a majority of it. Food was okay but door dash was better and cheaper. Pool was cold early April so understandable but wish it was heated. Signs weren't the greatest for directions within the resort. Rooms arent new or updated at least the ones we were in. And we had a view of a tree. Room 140 Some of the outdoor games need replaced. Otherwise it was an okay experience. Would we go there again. No. Just wasnt what my wife was sold on.

This Resort is somewhat dated. It's centrally located, but in an area of dilapidated RVs and other encampments of unhomed or underhomed individuals. With an aging aesthetic and a reliance on volume, and resort/amenities fees rather than service and support, this place is just mid. Probably fun for teens, young adults, but not a top teir establishment.

The room assigned to us is right next to the elevator and ice machine, which is really noisy sometimes, hopefully this can be improved in future. But the location is great
