The Hilton Mission Valley offers a convenient location, making it a solid choice for those looking to explore San Diego. It's close to many attractions, shopping areas, and dining options, which made getting around very easy and stress-free. However, a couple of aspects detracted from the experience. One major downside was the paid parking—it felt unnecessary, especially for guests staying at the hotel. Additionally, while the bathroom seemed to have undergone some recent renovations, certain areas still showed signs of wear and could benefit from more attention to detail. Overall, the hotel provides good value if you’re seeking convenience, but a few upgrades and more guest-friendly policies would elevate the stay further.

Shops and restaurants nearby but you need a car. Convenient location. Not much of a view of anything. To be expected on a highway. Staff was very friendly. No microwaves in the room but they have one in the lobby you can use.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay. The room was in terrible condition – lights didn’t work, fittings were loose, the charging units were non-functional, and the walls were filthy. It was clear that the hotel is severely lacking in basic maintenance and cleanliness. On top of that, the guest laundry service was a complete hassle. The sign said quarters were available at the reception, but when I went there, they told me to go to the bar. Once I got to the bar, I was told they don’t carry cash. It was a waste of time and frustrating. To make things worse, the coffee machine in the room was filthy. This stay was well below acceptable standards, and I won’t be returning.

I had the most horrible experience hotel was dirty smelled like smoke in our room the guess down from us was having a party in swveral of there guess knocked at our door ny mistake it was awful
