I arrived for a conference at the SD Central Library , upon arrival I had requested 1) I asked to confirm the rate I was quoted on Expedia was $275.00 per night 2) not to be overlooking the pool or by the Ice Machine, I was told that the room rate confirmed and not a pool view because of the pool party and not near the ice machine! All three were off, when I showed upon checkout the rate had doubled and advised that I was not happy but because I had not used Hard Rock directly they weee unable to afford me the rate that I booked and to take it up with Expedia. The front desk staff said that I should have asked to be moved when I found out that me 635 was overlooking the pool and next to the ice machine. Needless to say I will be writing to the GM of Hard Rock and advising all I know that Hard Rock is not a place to stay if you value yourself and sleep.

Great hotel, only the area around the corner need to be cleaned up More high end shops. Enough with only people who want to get drunk. Invest in retail, not just vars
