Better communication a must

There was miss communication between room cleaning and staff. Upon returning one evening I noticed that all my food and liquids in the fridge were gone including my suitcase. Staff must not have told I had extended my stay and they didn’t mention to them about my suitcase.

The pool area is beautiful and the room my family stayed in was really spacious. I loved all the landscaping around the property. The walls are quite thin but overall a great stay. We would definitely consider staying again!

Pleasant, albeit a little noisy

This is a fine hotel. It's not great, but it's not at all bad - most importantly, my room was clean and fully functional (not always the case in hotels like these). It's on the side of the freeway that doesn't have much to offer, so you're not walking to anything from here. I stayed in a room that was on the freeway side... while the room was nice and had a balcony, there was no way to drown out freeway noise. If you're a light sleeper, try to get a room away from the freeway.

Property is very old and dirty. Our room had pool view and the windows are old, the carpet feels moist at all time . Only the lobby feels that they keep up with it. Overall disgusting
