Charge the calls I was told that we're free because they were local. However they claim that my calls were not and cannot give me a list of the calls to prove that the calls were local. Withheld my deposit for longer than needed. And this hotel needs a serious renovation.

Major train tracks run along the back of the hotel with a major road crossing. Everytime the light or heavy rail trains pass the crossing alarm blasts. Basically every 10-15 minutes all day and night except between 1:00 and 4:00 am. Almost impossible to sleep, and I'm not a light sleeper.

We enjoyed our stay with the Hampton Inn. The room was clean and up to date. Ongoing elevator construction made it hard to use the parking garage, plus it was full one night and we had to park down the street. Great location!

2 days 2 night stay. Took two rooms. Came in late check in. Staff are friendly. Room is cozy. Mirrors are noticed to be one way. Tip of finger would touch the tip of reflection. I don’t know if this is worth mentioning but for people who have experienced finding hidden cameras on hotels, this is a no-no, but if you don’t care, the stay is ok

The Hampton Inn San Diego was a convenient location near Little Italy and other tourist attractions in the area that was within walking distance. Staff allowed me to check-in early when my layover flight was moved forward. Hotel was clean and service readily available. Thank you
