the stay would’ve been alright but the elevators were semi broken we had to wait for about 30 minutes to finally get up to our room with the luggage. after getting over the elevator portion , the stay was nice.

The hotel is currently updating their elevators. Which wasn’t helpful when I parked in the garage and needed the elevator to get up to the main floors. If I knew there was going to be that issue I wouldn’t have booked them. The only upside was the staff were friendly but everything else was sub par. Also $40 a night for a parking lot that they own is insane. No one else is allowed to use the lot so I’m unsure why it’s not just included with the room.

2 of the 3 elevators were "undergoing an upgrade" The third was more like a scary halloween ride. The stairs, which we took often, did not lead to the lobby. 3 lead directly outside and had no re-reentry. 1 went through some back offices. If you were a 'stairs person, you would never take these. Our room was in the back of the hotel overlooking the light rail tracks. There was a road crossing with a gate as well. The incessant road crossing bell going off every 5-7 minutes from like 5am to past midnight. Then overnight the tracks were used for freight and the bells continued overnight. I had to ask the breakfast every morning to refill the orange juice dispenser which they promptly did but felt it was not my job to keep asking. Location of the hotel is great, right across from the US Maritime museum. I would not stay here again.

Staff was great. Great location. Room was nice. Bed was little worn down. Only one elevator worked which was as a real pain. Otherwise, nice hotel.
