The hotel is very clean (rooms and faculty overall). Good continental breakfast and friendly staff. Cleanliness to us is very important and this place was great for that. The location is near a lot of shopping areas and an easy drive to main SD points. Immediate neighborhood is not the nicest but if you are driving that is not an issue

Quite place in the heart of the city and access to shopping and eatery. We felt safe property, parking, cleanliness and good staff. Only improvement area was the breakfast options and dining area which we feel congested.

Plenty of free parking! Loved that they had a parking garage. Easy access with stairs and elevators. Free breakfast but go early! Fenced in dog run area in back. VERY CLEAN ROOMS! One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Nice beds with basic amenities. Lovely stay. However surrounding buildings and area were not ideal. But overall comfortable stay.

Room was OK. When we arrived we couldn’t get checked in. System was down. We had to wait. The whole stay no working WIFI. Breakfast area very crowded and to small.

Petty good location for the old town and food. Good price for the stay and inculding breadfast and parking. But really noisy in my room. My room on the ground floor, next to the compeny and street. Traffic and compeny truck have huge noisy. And the bed foundation is metal, my both side next door have kids, always hear the souds they kick form the foudation. The second floor walk heavy, then I can hear that when the people check in late. The air condition is loud when it working. The bathroom sometime has the big water noice from the pipe. I can't sleep well for those 3 days. It maybe a good place if they not busy or stay on the top frool and face to other side.

This was an overall good hotel. It was clean, well maintained and free breakfast was a plus. I did not like that room service enters your room without permission. If a customer didn’t ask for room service, it should be courtesy to not enter the room even if you aren’t present. At one point we were still asleep and they were trying to get into the room. It invades privacy. I think for that reason alone I probably wouldn’t book again.

It was close to the Amtrak station. It was a.good 15.minute walk. Quiet and.affordable. breakfast included but it gets crowded. Clean rooms.
