Excellent service of all staff. Older styled but cute and immaculate. Convenient location for walking to Convention Center and Gaslamp/downtown area. Highly recommend, and a very good value overall.

we were unaware that our room had NO Windows! clean room but oddly shaped. very small closet, nice bathroom, full size bed, but just odd there was no windows, and no warning our room had no windows. when we called the front desk they informed us they were all sold out and could not accommodate us with another room. nor offered any other compensation for NO communication that we'd be, what we gathered, our room was a converted broom closet before made into a room.

Beautiful historical hotel with excellent maintenance. Junior suite was spacious with a small sitting room, separate bathroom and comfortable bed. Valet parking $45 for the night. Excellent customer service.
