Stayed from Thur-Sun. Hotel was over-crowded, which I'm sure mgmt doesn't mind but outside of a bed to sleep in it was a struggle to find parking. Breakfast area was a madhouse. Too many people, not enough space to accommodate. Had issues with the tv which was never resolved and no follow-up.

Mold all over the tub area, waited 15 minutes to depart the garage because no one answered the call button, Happy Hour had few choices that were included, no towel service, and no maid service for one of the three days, and rotten fruit under the ottoman.

We were charged twice for parking - once by the hotel on our bill ($40) and once when we exited the parking structure and had to pay by credit card to exit ($45). I called the hotel a couple days after our stay once I realized we were over charged, and was told they would credit my card immediately. It's now been over 10 business days and I have still not been reimbursed.

Paper thin walls, a next door room was talking at 4am, Breakfast was mediocre, long line to get an omelette, too few seats, a person holding his breakfast tray just sat on our table, only 2 servers, a salesman walks the breakfast area selling timeshare.. terrible 😢 culture

Stayed here while dropping my child off at UCSD. Area is coming to campus and right across from mall which provides plenty of eating options. Breakfast is excellent. The only drawback is the parking, the garage is only one way up and very challenging to navigate and the aisles are not wide enough to accommodate two vehicles at a time. Also adding to the challenge is the fact that there were numerous large sized vehicles including trucks and mini and parked in the compact car spaces which were obviously not enforced. This made navigating corners particularly challenging.

Breakfast is included in the stay, and the breakfast options are great, omelets prepared by the chef, quesadillas, everything is delicious and helps you start the morning with a good coffee. The only thing I didn't like was the $40 charge for parking each night.

This place was beautiful and had all of the stuff. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast (which is included) has an actual counter for cooked to order food. It was great!
