I love this Double Tree
My stay was comfortable. The staff is friendly. The beds are very comfortable. My first room was difficult to keep warm, there was a leak in hallway and the maintenance didn’t seem to get it under control. I asked to change to a warmer room and the new room was wonderful and warm. I always enjoy my stay there.

After abruptly leaving a local Airbnb I was pretty upset and frustrated. I arrived to find a kind front desk clerk named Mason. He was so calming and gentle and helpful. The facilities are incredible as the outdoor area feels like a resort. The only downfall was the Loud Expressway and yet that made it accessible.

Beautiful facility
Small but well equipped fitness center; beautifully landscaped pool area with pool, wading pool, hot tub and bar. Rooms were large and comfortable; comfortable beds. Good location with fun restaurants about a 5 minute drive but not much in walking distance. Too bad it's a $25 per night charge for parking a car.

Great hotel location with friendly staff. Close to everything around Del Mar area. Only issue during the stay was the elevator broke down in the evening hours, and had to walk up 5 stories to the room.

28 Oct-1Nov. Initially room was fine though bathroom shower mixer (hot and cold) was broke and had to hold it in place while showering. Asked for resupply of towels which was fine but also tissues, eye makeup remover wipes, coffee and did not get them. Garbage was not emptied when they made the bed. Last night elevator was broke. 78 yo husband had to walk to third floor. I was nervous there was only one staircase to egress in case of fire so walked down the second staircase to find that door to the parking lot propped open with a rock allowing anyone access to the entire hotel! Completely unacceptable. Will not return to this establishment.

This has too be the most outdated uglies Hilton I’ve ever been to. How can you have an elevators out for so long. We checked in and the person at the desk Hamid was the nicest person ever. Staff is great and this review does not reflect them or the service they give. But our room was dirty the towels had stains on them and smelled like honey which is odd. I’d never stay here as hiltons honor member and frequent hotel guest I’ll stay else where. Please fix your elevators.
