Got to my reservation at 4 and room wasnt ready, we didnt have time to wait so we came back at 8 and room wasnt ready again. They decided to put us in a different room whicu was cool but walking to the room we saw a bunch of empty rooms we couldvt checked into at 4! Also the pool and hot tub open at 10 and checkout is at 11 lol its daylight at 530 thats about 4 hours of missed swimming for people paying 300 dollars.

This was almost as good as a hotel stay can be! The property is gorgeous even though there is a huge addition being added. The parking is good but the spaces are too narrow for a full sized vehicle.

The hotel, for the price point compared to many others, is just wonderful! It is an older building but the hotel has elevated it to feel like a luxury hotel. The lobby and front circle is super trendy. Fountains and little waterfalls are everywhere while you journey to your room. There are bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel in the shower/tub combo. The beds and pillows are sooo comfy and amazing! The grounds around the entire place are so pretty! Lots of lawns, little bridges, etc. We took a hot tub, sat around one of the firepits, and sat at the pool. The staff was awesome, even when we had a few things wrong with the room that needed fixing like the AC, they had a worker up there in just a few minutes. We will be staying there again!!

My hotel room was not as advertised, my heater did not work, had to switch room due to insufficient heating! Very frustrating weekend on top of it all having to pay for parking is disappointing. My anniversary this year was awful however San Diego is beautiful so it made up for it.

I loved the ambiance of the courtyard with the koi ponds and waterfalls, it made it a wonderful place to relax in the evening, however the room was a bit noisy at night with freeway noise.The staff at the desk and the bartender were so friendly.
