Room was nice, very clean and comfortable for the price. It’s not luxury but it’s perfect if you plan on being a tourist because it’s close to a lot of sights. There’s food stores nearby, and a refrigerator in room. Coffee shops nearby, the room coffee is that cup that just gets you to the next one. My only complaint is that the hot water wasn’t that hot.

I got the room dirty and the bathroom wipes stand broken , the bathroom lock was broken also , the cieling leaks water , i requested room service to temove trash and get towels and clean the room and no one came , dirty room and when i checked out they charged me 21$ and when i asked they said for damage and dirty towels !

First of all, all fake pictures. Please don’t make decisions on their pictures. Rooms are olllld. Checked out 11:00am, and they charged me 7$ for stained towels at 13:00. Haha. They have no evidence to prove that my towels has stains on and cannot be washed.

Room is damp, extra charge on card after check out
The only reason we booked this hotel was because they had a room with a bunk bed for the kids. The pictures displayed online were different from the real thing. The room felt damp and there is no fan in the bathroom; we had to air out the room for a couple of hours to get the dampness out. The bathroom was so small and damp and the door can’t be fully opened because the toilet is in the way. They also charged us $21 dollars for using towels that are going to be rewashed and reused. Just spend the extra bucks and go to a more decent hotel if comfort and peace of mind is what you’re looking for.

Very nice. Staff was lovely and waved the parking fee cause it was our anniversary. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Location is very nice being so close to the harbor and shelter Island. Very easy to walk to a lot of restaurants.
