A good place to stay.
This property is a gem for what you pay. It’s an unassuming hotel in a business section of highway, but inside is a beautiful gated courtyard, a large pool and a hot tub and all are faithfully maintained. The rooms are nothing fancy, but they are big enough and everything works. The only dining is Folgers coffee in the morning , but there are a variety of good restaurants steps away

The porch at the top of the stairs was literally caving in, and we were on the second floor. There were cockroaches the size of three of my fingers put together. The rooms were dingy. They were very nasty. And they were definitely bedbugs.

No maid service - had to dump our own garbage and get extra items - toilet paper, towels, shampoo etc from the lobby Dirty floors - when walking in my bare feet, my feet were black Old mattresses Lumpy pillows Stove with no pans, plates, flatware, etc. Even if did have them, the burners aren't stable enough to set something on them. Killed 2 cockroaches in the kitchen & the bathroom The garden had potential but needed a major face-lift Had clean microwave & refrigerator Parking needed resurfacing

This property is an older motel. The grounds landscaping is very nice. However, the room was a little run down. The A/C's cover was off and all of the pipes inside were exposed. It still worked, but it was not a pretty sight. The paint in some areas was chipping. Everything was clean and the pool area was well kept. Every day there were people in the pool and jacuzzi, but it was not crowded. The beds were making sounds every time a person was moving in the bed. The good thing is that there were no bed bugs. If you don't care how the room looks and you only want a place to sleep with a roof, then this is OK. There were a few restaurants walking distance, which was very helpful. Overall, I would not stay there again. The staff was OK. There were some suspicious people around motel, but there are gates to enter, so it was safe inside the grounds.

We requested a non smoking room, and even though the door on the room said non-smoking, the room smelled like smoke, A LOT, we requested a change but to do it we had to do it mid day which meant giving up a day in our vacation on moving. It's not the smell you want when traveling with 2 kids. One of the reasons we selected this place was that it had a stove, we intended to cook a little since we have 2 young children and wanted to save some money too. There is a stove, but there aren't any pots, pans, or anything you can use to cook, not even a payed option to rent them. There aren't even plates or utensils!. We had to buy plates, utensils, dish soap, a scrub sponge and pre cooked food since we didnt want to buy pots pans, or any other cooking utensils. They didnt have a place to do dishes either, we had to use the bathroom sink. Advertising this including a kitchen though technically true feels like a scam, nobody travels with pots and pans, and even hotels that only provide a fridge and microwave usually provide plates. When we went to reception to mention this (because we thought this might be missing) we received a flat and unfriendly response, that they just provide the kitchen. We also requested our room to be cleaned one day and were ignored, saw a lot of cockroaches in the parking lot, floors felt oily and dirty. pool and coffee were nice though.

Outdated hotel, renewed pool and jacuzzi area, not such a bad location but definitely not the best. For the price of one night, one would expect free breakfast, but there is nothing offered. Good laundromat area. The policies of the Hotel don't match the app's, if you book to pay at the property, the hotel regardless will charge your card days in advance to your arrival, and will threat you with canceling your reservation if they feel questioned about their services. The pictures in the app don't match the reality, looks like those pictures were taken in the 90's. The hotel looks old and needs a good layer of paint, in general it needs to be remodeled.
