I only stayed one night but from the moment I checked in everything was more than exceptional. Everything was super clean, the bed was comfortable and the AC was quiet. I stayed in a suite and wish I could have stayed longer.

This was my first time in San diego. They were very friendly and caring. They gave some great advice of olaces to see and places to eat food. Sucks they didnt have a mini fridge or a bar but overall a great experience.

The hotel is within walking distance to most key areas in downtown San Diego. Took me about 15 to 20 minutes to get to the convention center, gas lamp district, etc. The room was clean, and the decor was inviting. There isn't a whole lot going on at the hotel if you are looking for that type of experience. Some reservation websites indicate there is a restaurant and a bar/lounge located at the hotel but that isn't the case. Breakfast is not provided and no pool. But If you're primarily looking for a comfortable, clean room a short distance from popular attractions, this hotel is a great option.

The hotel was nice and the location was nice. However, the toilet in the room was not working properly. I told the downstairs clerk and she said she would send someone to come take a look at it but that never happened. It kept making noise throughout the day and night. Housekeeping was nice. I would say here again.

Check in was lackluster. The lady at check in had zero personality and it was clear she didn't want to be there. The pillows are miserably uncomfortable, but the bed is good. The light switch for the bathroom also turned on a light in the bedroom, so if you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night you need to do so in the dark to avoid waking up your spouse. The hotel doesn't offer housekeeping. The location is good and the size of the room was above average. That's about the only good things I can say about the hotel.
