The fridge kept making lots noises at the middle of the night, I requested to have a room change for my 2nd night. The customer service would not let me change room.

Front desk staff was always polite and professional. Housekeeping never answers and you’re given an instruction sheet that says call 24 hours in advance to schedule housekeeping. The room was alright..not what was shown in Expedia,looked a bit outdated and had a weird smell like old and closed up.

Great stay and hotel. Please note that this location does not provide transportation to the airport as advertised. They do promote an "uber-like" service though.

The rooms were extra clean and very spacious. No funny smell in the hallways, free WiFi where most hotels from our experience have a charge of $12.99 up to 19.99 for 2 devices for every 24 hours. Overall very satisfied with every part of the hotel.

Our room was not ready, I had to call for towels, it was dusty and I stepped on a giant Omega pill. There were scuffs all over and the appliances were broken and/or falling apart. Missing a curtain and parking was outrageous. Price for breakfast was high also for a basic continental. I won’t stay here again.
